As an RN, you will play a crucial role in nursing assessments, care planning, and treatment evaluation. Your advocacy for patient interests and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team will ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Participation in patient education and discharge planning is essential to facilitate smooth transitions for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments and document treatment responses
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and evaluate treatment efficacy




• Serve as an advocate and liaison for patients and families
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team for optimal care

Requirements:
• Must hold a degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Completion of specified courses if not recently practiced
• Preferred familiarity with RAI and connect care systems
