In this Senior Accountant / Controller position, you'll manage financial operations and reporting for Titan Trailers and affiliates. With a solid emphasis on leadership, strategic initiatives, and risk management, you will support executive teams with invaluable insights. Your role includes overseeing budgeting and internal controls to align with business objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all accounting functions, including financial analyses
• Review financial statements for accuracy across the organization
• Direct month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Generate comprehensive financial reports for ownership
• Advise on financial performance improvements and KPIs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• CPA required or in progress
• Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience
• 3 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with ERP systems and Sage 300 beneficial
