The ideal candidate will possess experience in industrial maintenance and a strong mechanical aptitude. You will be responsible for diagnosing problems, conducting preventative maintenance, and modifying equipment to meet production standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and correct equipment malfunctions swiftly
• Execute planned preventative maintenance on machinery
• Adapt and fabricate equipment for production needs
• Maintain detailed documentation and safety compliance
• Contribute to team meetings and ongoing learning

Requirements:
• Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)
• Five years minimum in a manufacturing maintenance role
• Robust understanding of electrical systems and mechanics
• Knowledge of CNC and metalworking processes
• Able to handle manual lifting up to 50 pounds
