Your key responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and coordinating pre-operative and follow-up care for pediatric patients. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs during clinic visits and consultations
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans for patients




• Coordinate pre-op, post-op, and follow-up patient care
• Provide ongoing education on orthopaedic procedures
• Participate in quality initiatives and team collaboration

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Registered or eligible with NSCN
• Three years pediatric surgical nursing experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrated critical thinking and communication skills
