This regular part-time role works under the DRCC Pharmacy Manager to meet the medication needs of oncology patients. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with current registration. You will provide drug-related information, dispense oncology medications, and support clinical trial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support systemic therapy distribution to oncology patients
• Dispense retail and clinical trial pharmacy prescriptions
• Maintain accurate medication records and profiles
• Educate oncology patients on medication use
• Collaborate with the oncology team for holistic patient care
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
• Registration in valuable standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Preferred experience in oncology and retail pharmacy
• Strong clinical assessment and medication counseling skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
