Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment predominantly for drivers
• Assess candidates to match role requirements and standards
• Engage with hiring managers to establish hiring priorities
• Contribute to recruitment marketing and employer branding
• Maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume needs
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience
• Experience in high-volume hiring environments
• Post-secondary education in HR, Business is an asset
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
