Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive OTDR testing on Fiber cables
• Identify and fix Fiber optic issues in office
• Configure OTDR machines like EXFO and JDSU
• Document findings and generate test reports
• Provide customer support and training during installations
Requirements:
• Significant experience in OTDR and Fiber operations
• Understanding of ISP and OSP infrastructures
• Proficient in desktop software programs
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Flexibility to travel 80-90% of the time
