Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor recruitment consultants and field leaders




• Develop coaching guides and training resources
• Provide strategic support for high-priority recruitment
• Identify and address capability gaps in recruitment
• Analyze recruitment trends and propose solutions

Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in financial services
• Proven record as a recruiter or sales leader
• Robust understanding of sales pipeline management
• Exceptional mentoring and consulting skills
• LLQP license is an asset
