Deliver impactful nursing services as a Home Care Nurse with the Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council, based in Tofino. This position focuses on health promotion and disease prevention for Indigenous populations across coastal regions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive assessments and health education
• Lead prenatal and breastfeeding support initiatives
• Conduct immunization clinics and health workshops
• Collaborate with local partners to enhance health services
• Understand community health determinants and population needs
Requirements:
• Active RN license with BC College of Nurses
• Experience working with Indigenous communities is advantageous
• Knowledge of health records management systems preferred
• Valid BC Driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel
• Explicit work references and criminal record clearance
