As the Implementation Science Manager, you will lead high-impact projects that facilitate knowledge transfer across multiple platforms. Your role includes building relationships with partners, developing educational materials, and managing project proposals. Your background in nursing and implementation science will be essential for mobilizing change and supporting evidence-based practices effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee knowledge transfer program development and evaluation
• Collaborate with BPSOs to practice and mobilize guidelines
• Create curriculum and learning tools based on research
• Lead knowledge exchange meetings to boost engagement
• Support project coordinators with deliverable planning
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse in Ontario
• Master’s degree in nursing or a related discipline
• At least five years of relevant experience
• Robust skills in implementation science methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
