Join Extendicare as a Housekeeping Aide and maintain clean and safe environments for residents in our facilities. This part-time role offers flexible day, evening, or night shifts.

As part of the housekeeping team at Extendicare, you will ensure a clean setting for our residents and staff. You’ll be responsible for using specific cleaning agents, following safety protocols, and collaborating with other team members on facility operations. Your role is essential for maintaining hygiene standards and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize areas using specific agents
• Adhere to company safety and hygiene procedures
• Attend staff meetings and educational programs




• Work together with other teams in the facility
• Manage heavy lifting and equipment movement

Requirements:
• Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and physical tasks
• Strong adherence to safety practices
• Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening required
• Effective communication skills
• Experience in housekeeping is a plus
