In this role, you’ll work closely within an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care for individuals facing operational stress injuries and co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will guide clients through their recovery journey, while collaborating with external stakeholders for effective aftercare planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual assessments and treatment education for clients
• Provide psychoeducational and process groups
• Work with broader clinical teams on treatment coordination




• Liaise regularly with case managers and referral sources
• Document client progress and maintain thorough records

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Professional registration in good standing
• Experience in residential mental health settings
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
• Initiative in completing interdisciplinary tasks
