• Facilitate procurement of goods and services for the Institute • Prepare and review open call bids and purchase orders • Liaise with Strategic Procurement on compliance matters • Monitor and administer standing offers and blanket orders • Prepare reconciliations and perform related duties

Requirements: • 3-5 years of procurement experience • Diploma in Business Administration or similar field • Robust interpersonal and data entry skills • Knowledge of Banner Finance System is a plus • SCMP designation or equivalent experience preferred
