Transform healthcare support as an Insurance Advisor with the Ontario Medical Association. Your role will be pivotal in promoting OMA Insurance and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals.

In this full time position, you’ll develop strategic partnerships within the healthcare community, utilizing 6-9 years of relevant experience in financial solutions. Focus on conducting insurance needs analyses and developing plans that meet physicians' and medical students’ requirements. Your expertise will not only strengthen OMA's brand but also enhance the financial well-being of its members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze insurance needs and present tailored options
• Foster relationships with physicians and healthcare facilities
• Present solutions during various engagements and events




• Provide subject matter expertise on insurance trends
• Participate in internal initiatives to strengthen OMA’s outreach

Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
• 6-9 years of experience in high-net-worth insurance advice
• LLQP designation mandatory; CFP, CLU, TEP beneficial
• Strong understanding of retirement planning and investments
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
