Key responsibilities include processing communications, scheduling updates, and verifying transactions with the accounting department. You'll also assist drivers and cross-train within the dispatch office for coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities of drivers and fleet units effectively
• Monitor phones for customer and employee inquiries
• Communicate schedule changes and updates efficiently




• Train drivers on electronic dispatching systems
• Ensure compliance with hours of service regulations

Requirements:
• 2-5 years experience in logistics or transportation
• Strong delegation and management skills
• Familiarity with dispatch software and communication tools
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license is necessary
