AIM Recycling is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to enhance equipment reliability at our 28 locations. You will collaborate with site managers and contractors to define job scopes, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate service requests effectively. Your expertise in planning and communication will be crucial in minimizing disruptions to operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review service requests to determine work scope
• Conduct field walks to document equipment and needs
• Implement safety controls to reduce risks




• Establish and maintain work schedules and forecasts
• Procure necessary equipment and tools for tasks

Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or millwrighting
• College diploma in Industrial Mechanics or equivalent
• Proficiency in CMMS (Maximo) and MS Excel
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Robust communication skills
