You will work closely with the Senior Estimator to create competitive estimates that drive project success. This position involves evaluating project risks, preparing detailed cost analyses, and collaborating with subcontractors, ensuring accuracy throughout the estimating process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive estimating packages with cost studies
• Review and analyze project specifications and tender documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors for bid strategies
• Participate in estimate review meetings and lead discussions
• Support estimating guidance for stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• At least 5 years of estimating experience
• Familiarity with BIM and model-based estimating
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid relationship-building and mentoring abilities
