In this pivotal role, you will report to the Senior Supervisor and work a 4x4 schedule. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement health and safety policies on site
• Empower employees to achieve production goals
• Manage optimal operations for mining equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies
• Coordinate mining activities with shift supervisors

Requirements:
• Open Pit Shift Boss certificate required
• At least three years of supervisory experience
• Understanding of BC's mining safety code
• Wenco Dispatch exposure is a plus
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
