Serve your community as an Overnight Nurse with ParaMed. This nursing role focuses on home visits, delivering comprehensive care tailored to the needs of patients across various settings.

As either a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse, you will visit patients at home, helping them maintain comfort and safety. Your responsibilities will include assessing care needs, developing ongoing care plans, and engaging in meaningful patient interactions to build trust and rapport.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct personalized assessments using appropriate tools
• Formulate and monitor individualized care plans continually
• Foster solid patient relationships through effective communication




• Keep accurate records of each patient's care and progress
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage for safety

Requirements:
• Registration with CNO as a Registered Nurse or RPN
• A valid driver’s license and vehicle access is mandatory
• Community care experience is an asset
• High reliability and flexibility in scheduling
• A genuine passion for patient care and community involvement
