In the Corporate Counsel position, you will provide legal support for a broad range of issues including compliance, contracts, and litigation. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main legal advisor for Canadian plasma donation centers.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Handle litigation coordination for donor and employment disputes.
• Advise on leases and real estate contracts.
• Develop strategies with external counsel for legal proceedings.
Requirements:
• Law degree (JD or LL.B.) and active provincial license.
• 5-10 years of legal experience in relevant fields.
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts and compliance advice.
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and French preferred; hybrid work location.
