Aerotek is hiring an Experienced Solderer to handle precision soldering of electronic components at our Markham, ON facility. This full time contract role involves detailed work using specialized equipment.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years' experience in through-hole soldering in an electronic production setting. You will be responsible for soldering components accurately and consistently while inspecting solder joints and ensuring quality specifications are met. Skills in detail-oriented soldering and familiarity with IPC A-610 standards are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute hand soldering on printed circuit boards
• Assemble through-hole connectors and packages
• Solder chip components with accuracy




• Conduct necessary rework using de-soldering equipment
• Inspect and maintain quality standards using microscopes

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in electronics soldering
• Proficiency in soldering axial and radial components
• Experience aligning with IPC A-610 standards
• Knowledge of SMT and TH assemblies
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented approach
