Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of claims management strategies
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Oversee change negotiations with stakeholders
• Maintain accurate claims registers and executive reporting
• Mentor teams on change management best practices

Requirements:
• Engineering or related bachelor’s degree
• At least 15 years in change and claims management
• Experience in complex project deliveries
• Knowledge of Joint Venture arrangements
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
