As the Team Leader, you are essential in ensuring consistent coverage on the mountain according to real-time conditions. You will mentor the patrol team and facilitate training while also responding to incidents and ensuring proper documentation is maintained. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-hill coverage and monitor conditions
• Maintain equipment and inventory accuracy
• Lead incident investigations and documentation




• Offer first aid and assistance to all customers

Requirements:
• At least 18 years with a valid G license
• Current First Responder certification or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service and patrolling
• Proficient skiing or snowboarding across all terrain
