CGIC is looking for an experienced Manager to lead the Home & Auto Pricing department. In this role, you will provide essential coaching to your team while developing versatile actuarial models and overseeing project plans. You’ll also need to enforce model governance, ensuring the team meets strategic pricing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor direct and indirect reports
• Develop and execute detailed actuarial project plans
• Guide team members in data management and modeling software
• Ensure adherence to pricing model governance
• Analyze business impacts of proposed rate changes
Requirements:
• 6-8 years in the actuarial sector
• Degree in Mathematics or Statistics
• In-depth knowledge of pricing principles
• Proficient problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work towards ACAS or FCAS designations
