Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-centered care in emergency situations
• Utilize electronic patient tracking systems effectively
• Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions




• Deliver accurate clinical assessments and interventions
• Assist in the safe transport and positioning of patients

Requirements:
• Accredited practical nurse education program completion
• Active practice permit with the College of LPNs and HCAs
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (BCLS-HCP)
• Central line medication administration proficiency
• At least one year of LPN experience in a high-acuity setting
