We seek candidates with a degree in Kinesiology, specializing in exercise rehabilitation. This role’s responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents’ physical goals, while also leading student placements and providing necessary training to staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement comprehensive exercise programs for residents
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Assess and evaluate resident mobility needs




• Lead educational workshops on body mechanics and active living
• Supervise Kinesiology students and volunteers aiding the PAL program

Requirements:
• Degree in Kinesiology with a psychomotor behavior focus
• Registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario preferred
• Experience with seniors in rehabilitation environments
• Knowledge of health care policies and best practices
• Demonstrate empathy and respect towards residents and team
