In this pivotal role, you will act as the owner’s lead for a major process plant, ensuring effective alignment across all project dimensions. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing construction readiness and execution planning while managing contractor and stakeholder relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring operational readiness and supporting successful project handover.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cooperative efforts across engineering and procurement
• Monitor and evaluate contractor compliance and performance
• Manage multidisciplinary project interfaces and risks
• Oversee construction, planning, and material readiness
• Guide commissioning and operational handover phases
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 15-25+ years managing mining or infrastructure projects
• In-depth knowledge of project delivery and execution
• Proven ability to manage complex technical teams
• Strong leadership with risk management proficiency
