A growing neonatal care program in Reno, Nevada, is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join its collaborative team and provide specialized care to newborns in a hospital-based setting.

Position Highlights:

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner opportunity in a hospital-based neonatal program

Provide comprehensive care to newborns and critically ill neonates

Collaborate closely with neonatologists, physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of neonatal patients

Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care

Support neonatal resuscitation and management of high-acuity newborns

Communicate with parents and families regarding treatment plans and newborn care

Work alongside an established neonatal team with NNP support

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program

Current NNP certification or eligibility

Nevada APRN licensure or eligibility to obtain

Strong neonatal clinical skills and judgment

Ability to work effectively within a collaborative,



multidisciplinary environment
