This role focuses on day-to-day operations management, team training, and supervision of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. You’ll play an integral role in aligning development and operational strategies, utilizing your extensive experience in biotech. Engage with clients and ensure successful project technology transfers and product commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and coach production staff on operational techniques
• Direct floor-level supervision and operational alignment
• Provide technical guidance for project evaluations
• Develop SOPs and associated training documents
• Participate in technology transfer projects from inception to completion
Requirements:
• B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership capacity
• Proven success in technology transfer processes
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
