This role emphasizes safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale. As a steamfitter/pipefitter, you will collaborate with line leaders and the asset reliability team to ensure process stability. Expect to drive preventive maintenance systems and coach technicians to build their skills for operational sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets
• Manage preventive and time-based maintenance systems
• Lead technical skills training for shift technicians




• Support Change Management and spares localization tasks
• Represent the department in technology forums

Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of AM and PM maintenance systems
• 307A Steam Fitter License required
• Capability to develop and align goals for the line
• Experience in coaching and performance management
• Familiarity with TPM problem-solving tools
