As a Collections Expert, your main responsibilities will include overseeing client collections for Matter Billing Professionals. You’ll handle client outreach for collections, assist with payment allocation, and resolve account discrepancies. This position suits someone with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle the collection requirements for assigned portfolios
• Prepare necessary forms for account restructuring
• Investigate disputed accounts and discrepancies




• Maintain accurate logs in collection software
• Update Matter Billing Professionals on collection statuses

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of credit and collections experience
• High School Diploma, college diploma preferred
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Bilingualism (French/English) is a strong asset
• Solid organizational and communication skills
