In this role, you will execute a range of tasks that include maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Collaboration with departments is key to minimize guest disruptions while fulfilling maintenance requests efficiently. At least two years of experience in resort maintenance is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections
• Address work orders and equipment alarms promptly
• Repair and troubleshoot facility equipment
• Enable water and pool feature operations
• Keep maintenance logs, meter readings, and equipment history updated
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of resort or hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• WHMIS certification and valid driver's license preferred
