Job Specifications
Starting Wage: $21.50/hr - $26.88/hr
Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
Shift Type: Full Time hours available
Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities
Provide knowledge and skills to front line employees through on going training and coaching
Drive standards and accountability to employees
Reports directly to the Steeps Manager
Ensures and reinforces a safe work environment
Provides hands‑on leadership and direction to employees in any assigned outlet
Drive employee engagement by fostering a fair and harmonious work environment
Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and food preparation areas
Job Requirements
Previous supervisory experience
Prior experience working in a fine dining restaurant

A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
A professional and responsible approach to problem solving, taking responsibility of discovered issues
Always show up on time, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy
Qualifications
High level of customer service
Must have B.C. Serving it Right http://www.servingitright.com/index.html
Food Safe Certificate 1 (Course will be offered)
Must be at least 19 years of age to serve alcohol
Proof of clear criminal record check.
The expected pay range is $21.50/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
