Job Description Job Overview Domus Building Cleaning Company Ltd.islooking for Reliability ClearanceCleanersfor an immediateposition located withinthe East Ottawa area.



Domus has beenin operation for over 50 years with more than 500 employees in multipleprovinces and has an excellent reputation as a janitorial services provider.
Duties and Responsibilities Must beknowledgeable in floor scrubbing and burnishing of floors
Cleanassigned areas by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waxing floor surfaces inassigned areas by use of mechanized cleaning equipment wherever required
Collectand dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basis
Operatecarpet machines of various types
Spotclean walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches, doors, and window sills
Wipeand sanitize all public utilities such as public phones, furniture, and doorhandles
Cleaningof washrooms, sanitizing, mopping, restocking of supplies as needed
Followpre-set policies, guidelines, and rules to maintain a secure workingenvironment
Otherduties and responsibilities as required
Required Skills/Abilities Previouscleaning/janitorial experience an asset
Must beable to lift 40lbs plus on a regular basis
