Become an Earthworks Supervisor with a leading natural resources company in Quesnel, BC. This vital role focuses on overseeing daily operations and driving productive heavy equipment utilization.

You will manage a site crew to ensure daily mining activities are completed according to operational plans. With a need for hands-on leadership, you’ll coordinate excavation projects and mentor your team in safe practices. Your operational insight will foster continuous performance improvement throughout the site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise mining activities and ensure operational safety
• Lead a team of 10–15 while managing larger groups
• Plan and facilitate large excavation and material handling




• Provide on-site training and guidance for equipment operators
• Address operational bottlenecks and maintain productivity

Requirements:
• Significant experience in the mining or civil construction sector
• Demonstrated leadership of teams of 30+ personnel
• Strong judgment and problem-solving in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with wash plant operations preferred
• Open to seasonal work on remote site with provided accommodation
