Key Responsibilities:
• Organize course content and deliver swim lessons
• Prepare instructional materials and equipment
• Ensure participant safety and enjoyment during lessons
• Keep the aquatic space clean and well-maintained
• Track performance metrics and distribute evaluations
Requirements:
• Bronze Cross Certification required
• Current National Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification
• Standard First Aid Certification from recognized agency
• Current CPR Level C Certification
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
