As a Community Team Leader, you will oversee the care and placement of clients in integrated living arrangements. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Human Resources on recruitment, facilitating contractual agreements, and monitoring compliance with policies. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills are essential to ensure clients receive the support they need for their development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee placement and care of clients in integrated settings • Collaborate with HR on recruitment of Integrated Living Practitioners • Facilitate contractual agreements with clients and guardians • Initiate conversations with current clients and networks monthly • Provide assistance during crisis situations involving clients
Requirements: • Minimum three years of leadership experience • Post-secondary diploma in relevant fields • Experience with developmental disabilities and PBS supports • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
