Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food and beverage options, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions with precision
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and dining space, following proper food handling procedures and safety standards




- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management while providing attentive customer service
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit; respond promptly to any requests or concerns to ensure a memorable experience
- Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and responsible alcohol service

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, with familiarity in serving or bartending roles
- Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Hospitality background or experience in the food industry is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
