Pay: CA$60,000.00-CA$75,000.00 per year

Times Property Management is looking for a highly motivated Superintendent (Live-Out) for a residential condominium in Richmond Hill. To be considered for this position, you must have prior experience as a residential Superintendent in a condominium and a strong plumbing experience and basic knowledge about Building Automation Systems (BAS). You must also have good people skills and ensure communications are in a professional manner with the residents and the other team members.

· Responsible for cleaning, maintaining a safe and healthy workplace

· Responsible for reporting all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism and care taking supply inventory to the Property Manager as required

· Respond to any emergencies, interact with contractors and building residents.

· Perform check of mechanical rooms

· Get familiar with every single room in the building;

· Ability to paint and do touch ups;

· Follow and improve procedures, follow up on requests;





· Ability to perform small repair in the common areas;

· Perform ongoing prevention maintenance;

· Enforce rules and regulations of the Condominium;

· Give recommendations to solve and improve a situation;

· Cleaning, snow removal of the entrance

· Create/improve reading log – keep records;

· Other duties as assigned
