Join AgMedica Bioscience Inc. as a Grower Assistant and thrive in our cannabis production facility. This role is ideal for candidates with agricultural skills passionate about contributing to high-quality cannabis growth.

As a full-time member of our cultivation team, you will work from Monday to Friday, focusing on supporting plant health, monitoring environmental conditions, and implementing effective pest management. The ideal candidate will have a horticulture background, leadership ability, and strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support plant health and optimize yields through collaboration
• Monitor grow room conditions: temperature, humidity, and CO2




• Conduct scouting and maintain accurate cultivation documentation
• Execute Integrated Pest Management practices
• Assist with cultivation trials and KPIs tracking

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in horticulture or agriculture
• Commercial cultivation experience preferred
• Knowledge of pesticide safety and IPM
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
