This role at Crown Paper Group is perfect for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in administration. You will assist the President and help organize meetings, prepare presentations, and manage travel logistics. Your contributions will directly support operations across multiple business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Book travel and accommodations for the leadership
• Assist with event coordination and planning
• Scan and digitize paper employee files
• Create and prepare presentations for leadership
• Organize and coordinate team meeting schedules

Requirements:
• Completion of Administrative courses preferred
• 1-2 years as an Administrative Coordinator
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and organization
