Key Responsibilities:
• Scale CM-70 production from prototype to full operations
• Guide AS9100 certification with quality management systems




• Define workflows and tooling for pilot production
• Manage supply chain and quality/compliance staff
• Drive continuous improvement through production KPIs

Requirements:
• 10+ years' experience in industrial manufacturing
• Proven success in building quality management systems
• Hands-on experience with pilot line development
• Robust project management instincts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
