Lead engineering projects as a CWP Technical Project Manager in the Metal Business Unit. This position involves project planning, technical coordination, and execution for custom welded products.
Supporting the Welded Products Manager, you will guide engineering projects from concept to completion. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring timely approvals. Your expertise in managing scope, schedules, and technical deliverables will directly contribute to production readiness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define project priorities, scope, and deliverables
• Lead execution from design to production readiness
• Maintain project plans and schedules for accountability
• Coordinate technical inputs and drawing reviews
• Facilitate controlled documentation release
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred
• 3 to 5 years in engineering project management
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
• Knowledge of pressure relief products is a plus
