Key Responsibilities:
• Develop business relationships with distributors and agents
• Plan and conduct daily sales meetings
• Identify and nurture high-potential customer accounts
• Create strategies to win current business consistently
• Promote distributor promotions to end users

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant sales experience
• Background in selling for a manufacturer or agent
• Experience related to Automotive or MRO industries
• Clean driving license and region travel readiness
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
