As we continue to grow, we need a self-motivated Team Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure a fantastic environment for guests. Your role includes managing a team, providing exceptional customer service, and creating engaging experiences that center around dinosaurs. Weekend and evening shifts are required for this full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests through their experience
• Manage staff activities and delegate tasks effectively
• Coordinate fun and engaging events for families
• Ensure operational standards for cleanliness and safety
• Support team morale and productivity through positive leadership

Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service or guest relations
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Required First Aid and Food Hygiene certifications
• Adaptability and robust communication skills
• Ability to maintain stamina during busy shifts
