As a Deck Lead, your responsibilities include delivering swimming lessons, supervising staff, and enforcing safety regulations. Communication with parents, conducting emergency drills, and maintaining equipment are crucial for success in this role. This role requires exemplary problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver swimming lessons according to established standards
• Monitor compliance with safety rules and procedures
• Prepare and evaluate student performance reports
• Inspect swim facilities and equipment regularly
• Coordinate emergency responses and staff directions

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 1 year related experience
• Lifesaving Society Lifeguard Certification required
• CPR and Standard First Aid Certification needed
• Explicit Vulnerable Sector background check
