In this role, you will focus on maintaining the Requirements Traceability Matrix while facilitating communication across engineering and business teams. The ideal candidate will possess solid organizational and analytical skills, ensuring that all project documentation and requirements meet compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Requirements Traceability Matrix for multiple projects
• Facilitate collaboration with Engineering & Reliability teams
• Monitor project compliance with functional requirements




• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and deliverable feedback
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead on documentation

Requirements:
• Oil & Gas or Energy industry experience preferred
• Proven experience in project documentation management
• Strong proficiency with Excel and documentation systems
• Ability to support risk identification and mitigation
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
