Drive innovation as a Microelectronics Process Engineer, focused on assembly processes for advanced optical and microelectronic systems. This role emphasizes hands-on engineering in a collaborative manufacturing setting.
As part of a dedicated team, you will enhance production lines, support new technologies, and manage project milestones. You will be expected to troubleshoot complex issues and design assembly processes, making this role critical to the development and efficiency of manufacturing operations. Ideal candidates should have solid wafer level processing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee assembly of Optical and Microelectronic modules
• Develop current operating policies and capabilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering challenges
• Collaborate on new technology research and applications
• Deliver DFx feedback for product manufacturability optimization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Photonics)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience
• Knowledge of wafer level packaging processes
• Proficient in equipment programming
• Familiar with DFM and FMEA principles
