As part of a professional services firm, you will take on responsibilities that shape the Microsoft 365 environments for various clients. This role involves a strong emphasis on deploying Microsoft Copilot and ensuring a secure, effective, and collaborative workspace through advanced technology solutions. Engage with client IT teams to tackle challenging issues and enhance system efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy Microsoft 365 environments across platforms
• Lead assessments for Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness
• Implement information governance strategies effectively




• Automate tasks through PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
• Serve as a Level 3/4 escalation for technical issues

Requirements:
• At least 5 years hands-on Microsoft 365 experience
• In-depth knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
• Expertise in security management and remediation
• Experience with AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Required Microsoft certifications in relevant fields
