Drive environmental responsibility as an AZ Operator with GFL. Your role will involve moving materials and ensuring top-notch operations while focusing on compliance and safety.

This AZ Operator position includes transporting Municipal biosolids and operating agricultural equipment from April through November. Candidates must possess an AZ license and demonstrate solid communication skills to interact with customers and complete documentation accurately. Experience in operating heavy machinery is an asset, but training is available for willing learners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate vehicles for material transport between sites
• Complete pre/post trip inspections and maintain logs
• Load and spread materials efficiently
• Operate tractors and tillage tools
• Adhere to Environmental and Health & Safety policies

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of relevant experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Solid communication skills for paperwork and interactions
• Knowledge of farming practices and regulations
• Good judgment and proactive thinking required
